Welcome to Angel Blessings website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and placing an order you agree to be bound by terms and conditions set out below.

Ordering
Once you have placed an order you will receive confirmation of your order via e-mail. Please ensure that the e-mail address you provide is correct. Transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option button. If for some reason we are not able to ship your goods, the value of your order will be refunded via the original method of payment.

On this website no statement shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer that cannot be excluded or restricted by law. Under the distant selling regulations you have a legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods.
Product information
We make every effort to ensure that our products are accurately described by both text and image. Please note, however, that images and colours are only as accurate as internet technology allows and will vary according to the settings of your individual monitor, software or printer.

Please also note that due to the individual hand made nature of our goods all measurements are approximate and that there will be a slight variations in colour, shape and size naturally occurring in all the gemstone products.
The description of gemstone properties represent views expressed in the public domain and Angel Blessings have not undertaken any scientific studies to verify their validity.
Prices
The price that you see on your screen, at the time that you place your order is the price that you will pay. All prices are currently exclusive of VAT. We are not ,at present, VAT registered so our Vat rate is set at 0%.
Shipping
At present time we only ship orders within UK. Orders will be dispatched by first class 'singed for' Royal Mail post within 48 hours of confirmation of payment. Please kindly ensure that your delivery address is correct and that there will be someone there authorised to sign for the delivery. We charge flat rate of £1.50 for each delivery irrespective of order value.
Returns & Refunds
Our customers' satisfaction is really important and we want you to feel that you have a personal experience when shopping with us. Should you be unhappy with anything you purchase from us, we offer a full refund for goods less shipping cost as long as goods are returned unused within 14 days of receipt. All refunds will be made by the method of payment and might take up to 30 days to be processed by our secure server.
Payments
All our online payments are processed through Paypal Express secure gateway payments. For Paypal account holders this is a fast and secure way to make your payment by either credit card or directly from your Paypal account.

Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to make a credit card payment through Paypal. For more information go to www.paypal.co.uk
We do not have access to your credit detailsat any time,those are encrypted and processed directly by our secure online server.

If you would like to make a payment by cheque, direct debit or postal order please contact us and we will send you details and a separate invoice of how to make payment. All payments are accepted in GBP £ only.
Data & Privacy
When you place an order with us, you will need to provide us with information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address etc. so that we can dispatch your order to you or might need to contact you with a query. We always take protection of your privacy seriously and will never pass it on to a third party.
